It has a clear and comprehensive grievance policy which provides multiple reporting channels, as well as measures in place to safeguard confidentiality and ensure non-retaliation.
5. Our managers, supervisors and human resource employees are trained in effective grievance handling and are well-equipped to receive and sensitively respond to complaints or reports of unfairness and discrimination in the workplace.
