Catalyse, the consulting and training branch of AWARE, Singapore’s leading gender equality charity, has been offering its expertise since 2010. Catalyse’s profits support AWARE’s operations.
Drawing on AWARE’s experience in promoting gender equality and preventing workplace harassment, bullying and discrimination, the Catalyse team has the extensive legal knowledge and the sensitivity required to manage these complex issues and ensure accountability.
Catalyse’s multi-cultural team of lawyers, organisational development practitioners, and experienced trainers, customises training programs and consultancy services. They integrate trauma-informed principles and global best practices to foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
