“Discrimination and behaviour such as harassment, erode trust and dignity, and diminishes its victims. A respectful workplace isn’t built on silence – it is built on the courage to call out harm and uphold fairness.”
Seng Onn served with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) for more than two decades, during which he played a pivotal role in shaping its growth and influence in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution. From 2004 to 2019, he held the position of Executive Director, overseeing both the strategic direction and daily operations of the organisation. Under his leadership, SMC evolved into one of the largest and most respected ADR institutions in the region.
In addition to his leadership role, Seng Onn continues to serve as a mediator on the panels of the Singapore International Mediation Centre. He is accredited by CEDR (UK), the International Mediation Institute (IMI), and is also a gazetted mediator and an accredited Workplace Mediator with the Asian Development Bank.
