Corinna is a lawyer, advocate and organisational development practitioner with over three decades of experience at the intersection of law, social change and workplace culture. She has been at the forefront of Singapore’s workplace fairness movement – advising organisations, training leaders, and working closely with government on landmark legislation including the Protection from Harassment Act, the Tripartite Advisory on Managing Workplace Harassment, and the Workplace Fairness Act.

As former Executive Director of AWARE, Singapore’s leading gender equality advocacy organisation, Corinna transformed it from a volunteer-led entity into a professionally-staffed organisation with national influence. She established the Sexual Assault Care Centre, launched Catalyse, and holds Organisation Development training from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science.

Through her work with AWARE’s helpline and Sexual Assault Care Centre, Corinna has worked closely with individuals who have experienced harassment, discrimination, and violence – grounding her approach in lived realities and trauma-informed practice. She brings this deep, practice-based insight into how harm occurs, is experienced, and can be addressed at both individual and organisational levels

Fun facts: She interviewed Michelle Obama during a special event in Singapore, and as an identical twin, she embraces the power of nurture over nature. Corinna is a highly sought-after keynote speaker on workplace fairness, harassment, and inclusion.
