Ruchira Raj

Senior Consultant

With ~20 years of corporate work experience spanning industries (FMCG – P&G & PepsiCo, Business Consulting – Accenture, Financial Services – Standard Chartered Bank) across Functions (Brand Management / Innovation / Process Reengineering / Risk Governance / Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance), Ruchira’s passion lies in unblocking, enabling and maximising people and businesses.

She learned her first lessons in diversity and inclusion growing up in multicultural India, and the past 12 years in Singapore have further built on the same. She has managed teams and worked with global stakeholders across organisational levels. This has informed her active participation in D&I programmes and Lean In Circles at work.

Ruchira’s most recent role gave her the opportunity to manage risk and build trust as Head of Speaking Up, SCB’s global Whistleblower Programme, and further support Justice and a Just Culture.

She studied Business Management at IIM Bangalore and Social Sector Leadership from ILSS India. She is a certified SF Coach Practitioner (practices as an executive and life coach) and is upskilling with a Master’s Degree in Counselling.

When not coaching, consulting, or volunteering with social purpose organisations supporting SDG 5, Ruchira loves hiking the lush trails of Singapore and is a recent Krav Maga enthusiast, an interest she shares with her teenaged daughter.
