An Occupational Psychologist by training, Caroline specialises in identifying bespoke opportunities for growth and change covering a broad range of topics including organisational and people development, talent management, leadership selection and assessment. She is equipped to navigate complex environments and draws from her leadership and management experience across the APAC region, Seychelles and UK.
An active member of Singapore’s OD Network, Caroline is skilled in making quick connections with people. She is committed to building high performing and respectful systems in which people achieve their fullest potential thereby improving employee experience whilst driving sustainable organisational gains.
Caroline is certified in Trompenaars Hampden-Turner Culture for Business and holds a Masters degree from Birkbeck, University of London. Registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS), she holds a license in the BPS’ psychological and psychometric test user (Level A and B).
