Through a compassionate communication process, this workshop helps build deep-seated trust within the organisation to help leaders and employees listen and communicate with empathy and compassion in order to understand the essence and need. Participants learn to respond in an affirmative and inclusive manner, as well as how to be compassionate in expressing their request as an invitation and responding with respect and empathy when someone says “no”.
