To thrive in this internship, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Availability for a full-time internship of at least 6 months
- Strong interest in graphic design, creative visual storytelling, and artistic expression
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for leveraging social media platforms for business growth
- Has background in Marketing and Communication, Graphic Design, Film Production, or demonstrable experience in the design-related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, video filming, and video editing.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach, both in independent work and collaborative settings
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to meet deadlines
- Tech-savviness and eagerness to explore new apps and technologies
As a Junior Executive at Catalyse, your responsibilities will include:
Graphic Design and Content Creation:
- Create visually appealing designs for a range of training materials, marketing materials, including print and digital assets
- Develop eye-catching graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other promotional materials
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
Social Media Collaboration:
- Collaborating on social media campaigns to enhance Catalyse’s brand visibility
- Staying up to date with social media trends and best practices in the digital marketing sphere
Video Production:
- Planning and coordinating video shoots
- Capturing high-quality video footage, ensuring proper framing and composition
- Editing and post-production of video footage
Client Support:
- Supporting the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and reports
Event Coordination:
- Assisting in the coordination of meetings, events, and workshops
